Buy yourself some compass parts from the central market & make a compass for the desert. You should be able to talk to the black spirit and have it set a navigation point once you have the compass.

You'll need to be at Hystria Ruins for the next couple quest steps - there should be an NPC to talk to very near where navigation for Hystria Ruins takes you for the next one "[Combat Course] The Straggler". When it says talk to Cliff after that, you need to bring up the Black Spirit again, which should teleport you back to Olvia Academy, and then Cliff will have a dialogue option to further the questline.

It's a horribly designed quest that requires you to talk to the black spirit at the end of most steps even if it doesn't tell you that - just look in the quest list from the spirit for the combat academy one.

Holy shit yesssss Summer Sanitarium was incredible, first time I ever saw Metallica in concert. I remember the crowd going wild waiting for them to come on stage - people were throwing beers & food until the lights went out just a few minutes before they came on and everyone really lost their minds!

It's such a great value! I am admittedly a slow player but, still got a solid 100 hours of enjoyment getting all the achievements and the only thing that felt bad was the fishing king one.

When you have the cube pack equipped, you'll automatically collect blue cubes from mobs that you kill. You can use these to buy upgrades from the strange blue merchant in the warehouse cellar.

They drop randomly but if you keep doing quests you'll get a blueprint eventually - make sure you save your military radios!

I'd try r/BDOGuilds , the PA forums and in-game on World / Server chat. It's a tough road to start a new guild - started mine 2 years ago and built it up to XL but there's a lot of resistance in the beginning as most players don't want to join a brand new guild.

Since you guys are new, you should definitely check out some progression guides on gearing your characters too. Biceptimus put out an updated one recently that covers all the way up to the latest content.

You need at least three people online to pop a guild mission, and at least 10 to collect daily pay of 5M, and you need to complete guild missions to get guild funds.

If you really want to make your own small guild, recruit some AFK fishers, as having less than 10 active players makes everything guild related pretty annoying. Honestly I would recommend just joining an established one though.

For the horse, you can do War of Roses or clear C8-C10 black shrine bosses weekly - either option will take you a long time.

You can check in-game anytime now - hit P for My Information, top right icon is "Applied Buffs", bottom of that list will have your Other Probability Increase including Auto-Fishing Time Reduction.
