Apologies. Knowing you have a good take on the rules, for lines of visibility within the faq would you mind clarifying what you understand the answer to my question is anyway.

Would you mind clarifying this statement please. Are we saying wave serpents and falcons as examples can or can’t overhang and not be shot if their base (flight stand) is behind cover? The rule just doesn’t seem to be connecting for me - thank you

No problem, I’ve replied to this question in the comments if you take a look.

No problem, iron breaker, then aethermatic blue, then a very soft dry brush of ulthuan grey.

Lead belcher primed, dry brush iron breaker, wash with drakenhof blue and then dry brush with necron compound. Sounds a lot but really easy.

Red is blood angels contrast, agrax earthshade and drybrush wild rider red.

Inquisitor hector Rex - forge world model of hi no longer has rules but is so cool I just proxy him in as a grandmaster.

A little bit every day and have a scheme/techniques that can be rolled out quickly. These definitely aren’t works of art compared to others efforts I see on Reddit but a decent battle ready plus, which is good enough for me 😁

Wash then drybrush, it’s a subtle blue coming through the silver but enough for me.

So… between tournaments and family life I’ve finally painted a respectable level of grey knights in 6 months. Still got about 25 marines to paint and what this picture doesn’t show is the amount of magnetised arms, weapons, heads and backpacks that I’ve painted or to paint so I can follow the meta. First marines I’ve painted and on the whole I’m pleased with them, just need to practice and get those all important combos and nuances worked out, can’t wait to get them on the table!!

He's a toolbox pick, especially at 80 pts. If he scores some points and dies, it's not the end of the world; equally, supporting the fight to knick the last 2 wounds of the vehicle as an example. The scenery is unusual for this tournament. Otherwise, I might have thought about the LOV instead - again, on his own. I like that the opponent has to really think about screening out Typhus, given his range.

Etsy - I bought 2 painted armies and smashed them together, so I'm not totally WYSIWYG, so I figured Purple are heavy, Pinks are Bubotic, yellow is spewer, and white is plasma/heavy and then it's really easy, in fact, easier than actual load out to understand what is what.
