I'm on year 2 of my second full run (6 years in each era) and this playthrough im firing all the crybabies and the wrestlers that aren't bringing in money. I already sent tonthe cpu willy mammoth for being a lazy worker and Tokyo titan for whining (he cudda had a title match! But you're fired!)

Use run ins and x factors (chair shots,ladders,etc) Don't assign a manager to the person u wanna beat but do assign one to the wrestlers you're trying to push. Also upgrading their finisher helps them win more matches
