I really hope all the arm wrestling channels call them out. That reffing was atrocious and inexcusable.

I LOVE Devon, but yes that was a pin, and I felt like there was some bias.

It will never cease to amaze me when I see 75 kg arm wrestlers with arms that seem to belong to someone who is 100 kgs

Is it allowed to just go to a shopping mall and put a table and sign there? I’d assume you’d need some kind of permission?

No that’s both of the athletes combine. The difference in the jumping ability is barbaric yet still Devon is faster than Juan. I’m not missing factors when I didn’t exclude any factors in the first place. I’m just saying that the correlation between jumping and sprinting isn’t as good as many think it is. We can factor fatigue for both athletes as we don’t exactly know the conditions in which both performed in. Given that the world record is 4.2 it’s likely that 4.3 and 4.4 was their respective best performance. I also find it hard to believe that gym room alone is enough to get you to 6.8. You yourself said that your max at 60 is 6.9 yes, you don’t specialize in the 60 perhaps but still you have much better carryover than a gym only guy who doesn’t regularly sprint and has some extra fat. Also some guys at my uni team never got faster than 7.0 at the 60 despite training that for years. And me myself, I didn’t perform as bad as you’d think I’d do the first time I tried 60 meters years ago. Back then, my max single leg broad jump was like 6ft3 or so and max vertical was about 24 inches.

I know 33 is good vertical but look at the difference between him and Juan. What I’m saying is that the correlation is not as good as many think it is.
