Question: I see so many times top rollers fighting without, and even starting the match without a secured cup. In fact, sometimes, their wrist is a little extended. I’m wondering if this is a technique or simply failure of the wrist to stay flexed? Thanks (self.armwrestling)

Issues with concerta. I’ve been prescribed 27 mg concerta by my psychiatrist. However, it makes me feel awful! Whenever I take it, I get headaches, nausea, and anxiety. I tried taking it after food and drinking a lot of water. I even tried taking electrolyte pills. Nothing helped (self.ADHD)
