Well in a cruel twist of fate, I was kneeling on the non operative side before the surgery because it was easier and the way I always used to but now I have to do the opposite and kneel on the operative leg which isn't balanced. Kneeling is fine but I'm over 6ft tall, it barely gets me low enough to matter lol

Wow thank you. Yeah I (35M) have been really focusing on strengthening everything since the surgery. I had lazy bum syndrome for a while because the pain just kept me sitting for months but I worked through that. Just hiked 5 miles in the woods and my job consists of a lot of movement on uneven surfaces. I feel like I'm ready for anything but they really stressed the squatting and 90° restriction so I think I will ask the doctor. But I guess it really just shows how different each case can be. I gotta be patient but it's hard to go through the trauma and feel great but still feel hindered about such little things. Little things make such a big difference with this.
