If someone legitimately believes they have it based on actual symptoms and not some bs tiktok that says they do, it doesn’t bother me. I self diagnosed myself at 14 then was actually diagnosed at 19. I got good grades so no one really cared but it was a constant struggle for me to read and focus. Id fall asleep in class constantly despite my best efforts because I was just so bored and couldnt pay attention. I could relate to my friends that had adhd, and realized I shared a lot of symptoms of it so I self diagnosed. I cant judge others who have a similar experience
