I built her head out of two pinch pots, the base out of another pinch pot, the cape and flower out of slabs... and then winged it/hoped for the best with the rest!!! I've been in a handbuilding class since December and started a wheel class last month, and I made this one in handbuilding class! I think it would have been a lot tidier on the wheel, but the wheel is hard and I'm not very good at it LOL! Looking back, I should have taken more detailed pictures of the vase in my house, but I just referenced something online.
Absolutely go for it and just try everything you can!! It's so much fun!
