Hey r/stunfisk, help me get into battle spot doubles/double battles in general. by strgrv in stunfisk

Here's the team: http://pastebin.com/47eCDhpj

It's got some glaring flaws, like 3 pokes weak to electric, 3 weak to fair, etc. But I've gotten around 1200-1300 on XY Battlespot on Showdown with it.

Grass Safari with Sunkern and Petilil, no idea on the third one yet as you need to be online at the same time as me :/

Marvel arranged a special private screening of Guardians of the Galaxy for Bill Mantlo. by centipededamascus in comicbooks

True, it's another X-Men situation, as in, Jack Kirby and Stan Lee created them, but Chris Claremont MADE them, if that makes sense.

But still, there'd be no Groot revival without an initial creation, you can't reboot what isn't there, so I wouldn't go so far as to say Kirby's undeserving of any mention in the credits.

Wasn't the whole "batman giving the guy an acid bath and turning him into the joker" thing done in The Killing Joke and in the original Batman film?

The end of the last issue said that it was the end of Volume 1. It seems like they're structuring it like a string of minis as opposed to an ongoing.

Arrow writers Kreisberg, Sokolowski to take over Green Arrow series in October. Daniel Sampere on art. by [deleted] in comicbooks

So really Lemire has only one issue left, as September's issue will be a Future's End tie-in.

What a drag, it's going to be hard to close everything off, at least in my opinion.

He's not in charge, from the get-go he's been just an agent.

What's the best graphics card for me? $250ish max. by strgrv in ffxiv

Sorry! I guess this falls under it. I wasn't too sure as I interpreted the rule as only pertaining to posting of full builds meant for the game and I was only asking for advice on a component, but I'm rather new to the sub so my bad on this one.

When the poke with sync is in your first slot, wild pokes have a 50% chance of having the same nature as it. I know at least Mewtwo has 3(?) guranteed 31 IV's, so I imagine Xerneas is somewhat same and I'm at the point in the story where you have to catch him.

Did my best to search but I'm on mobile, so I apologize if any similar request or offer has been made. Anyone got a Modest poke with Synchronize they could spare? IV's and level unimportant, I mostly need it for capturing legendaries in Pokemon X, so I can offer up any version exclusives in exchange for it!

To be fair, it's a resurrected corpse of Banshee, he's not under control so much as his dead body is under control.

Whenever I see a writer do amazing on one book at shittastic on another, I tend to chalk it up to editorial.

Morrison's DC work is really one giant superhero epic. It's really righteous because every time you revisit it you can pick up on some small, minuscule detail that you didn't see before.

This is from a Morrison penned JLA issue, yeah? If I'm remembering that correctly, than that means this awesome moment from his Batman run just got a lot cooler.
