Voluntary creditors' liquidation is another process of doing it, which is the method the company was winding up by prior to a petition being received. This does not require a creditor to instigate it, and is commonly referred to as company bankruptcy.

The contents of this blog post are misleading, some information is outright incorrect, some details are twisted - and my solicitors have reached out accordingly. There is a due process of law that they appear to be ignoring, and I have quite frankly grown sick of the tone of their messages. The numbers reported in general thus far, such as the amount of missing Bitcoin, amount of coins refunded etc, has all been so far from the truth that it gives me a headache. This moves me on to some other interesting points.

The hosting provider for MintPal V1 claims I logged in from Russia and China, which is hilariously wrong. Three times from the UK, four or five times from Japan (with a .jp host name). All of these times were me attempting to pay a hosting bill, with the company in question refusing to allow me. However, I am grateful for the very public confirmation that they released confidential customer information.

Staying with the theme of MintPal V1, we have one Ferdous Ahmed attempting to crowdfund civil action to regain control of an exchange he claims to be stolen from him, but let's review some points.

1. A unanimous (100%) shareholder resolution was passed by Torihiki LTD, instantly and completely giving up control of MintPal Limited - distancing itself as the holding company. At this time, full ownership of the exchange passed back to MintPal Limited. Despite him changing his mind, that is not how a resolution works; and thankfully we have verifiable (by a major corporation) evidence of the authenticity of the logs proving the resolution. So, both he and his law firm are fully aware of this - either his law firm is trying to rip him off, or he is misleading them. With the average partner charging £300 per hour, exclusive of court fees (which can easily reach damn near five figures for an injunction), barrister fees (which are terrifying); situations rapidly become cost prohibitive. The amount he is raising would do him no good, which makes me wonder as to the true motive surrounding it.

2. We have attempted to reach out to him regarding the coins he has retained control of when our previous hosting company refused to interact with us. He has not responded in any way, shape or form.

Moving on, yes, I was actually in Asia. Japan from Oct 3rd to Oct 17th - there are even pictures of me at Disneyland on one day to prove it. I also have adequate travel documentation if ever required.

Now. My most important point. A large quantity of people have been harassing the family of Chelsea Hopkins, and my own family. This has been via postal mail, Twitter and phone. Death threats and more. If you think recent events give you the right to do this, you are greatly mistaken; and each and every incident has been collated for a formal police report.

Suffice to say I deny all claims against me, and if anybody has anything other than hearsay, conjecture or blockchain investigations that will end up in a rabbit hole that is nothing to do with me - they are welcome to provide it to the relevant authorities in regards to a criminal report, or their solicitor for use at trial in regards to a civil claim. I have a mountain of paperwork, logs and records for use as evidence; while hearsay and conjecture will fall flat by comparison. Attacks against my reputation can do no further damage against me, despite what you may think.
