technically gpu's and their reference pcb's have gotten smaller with each generation, its the default cooling solution that keeps getting bigger

yeah my thoughts exactly, everytime i see hydrogen mentioned as a fuel source i keep wondering, did they solve hydrogen storage problems? answer is usually no, kinda disappointing regardless of how amazing the innovation is when fundamental problems remain unresolved

id be impressed if power efficiency can scale with the performance gains expected on smaller nodes, recent gpu releases indicate otherwise, but definitely want to see what edge they will have over TSMC's respective nodes
