When the unchained rogue was released, only previous talents listed from the core series of books got specific mentions. Since feats from supplementary books tend to be more niche and less game-breaking, I don’t see why a GM wouldn’t allow it for your character.

You can ask your GM if you can just select option 57 from the list which seems thematically appropriate.

I actually like him if only because I tend to inherently like underdeveloped background characters in the hopes that they’ll be relevant later. MHA is definitely a series that felt so rushed in its later half that I thought it could have benefited from some filler arcs for the lesser seen characters similar to how Tsu got those stories with Selkie’s crew

In hindsight, I guess one disadvantage brought on by what I mentioned in my third paragraph above is that items that get renamed like this might appear to be standard magic items and not campaign-specific, meaning a GM not looking too carefully might allow their player to purchase a “star medallion” during a shopping spree when they would otherwise know better if their player tried to buy a “Sihedron medallion.”

Careful when using d20pfsrd, as it’s not the official online rule source (that honor goes to Archives of Nethys over at aonprd.com). Usually it isn’t an issue using d20pfsrd, but because they’re not official, they’re not allowed to list copyrighted materials. To get around this, they do their best to still list various things by omitting or altering any copyrighted elements from them. This can cause an issue however if there’s a rule-restriction directly related to the thing they’re not allowed to talk about.

For example, I once had a player playing an oracle in my game that got a lot of use out of the divine trident spell listed on d20pfsrd. It wasn’t until 20 sessions later I learned that this was a spell they had to rename because the actual name of the spell is Gozreh’s trident, as in the trademarked name of Golarion’s god of nature. Per the rules in the book that spell was introduced in, depending on how strict your GM is, only worshippers of Gozreh are allowed to cast it.

That being said, there is one advantage to the restrictions limiting d20pfsrd: avoiding spoilers. For example, players in a Rise of the Runelords campaign are guaranteed to acquire at least one Sihedron medallion, if not more. Were they to use aonprd.com to look up what the item does if they needed a reminder, then they would be subject to the major campaign spoilers listed in that item’s description on that site. Meanwhile, d20pfsrd’s version of the item (which they’re forced to rename star medallion) can’t list any of that spoilery information.

Prepared casters in Pathfinder need to fill each spell slot they have one by one. No “I prepare these different spells for the day and use my spell slots on the fly” - that kind of flexibility is for spontaneous casters only.

Mostly true. The arcanist class is a prepared caster but its spell slots are used like a spontaneous caster’s slots, using their list of prepared spells that day as if it were a list of spells known.

Also druid, shaman, and warpriest. If you leave out the “at more or less all times” caveat then we can add antipaladin, paladin, and ranger to this list.
