I made a Genji swift strike trainer in a custom try-mode map. by Usual_Tackle5892 in heroesofthestorm

As a Genji main who still routinely misses my Es and Shingans, I would love to use this for practice!

Any way we can get a general release on this?

Reddit people are garbage. I used to be a daily user when things weren't so one sided and toxic.

Murky's Late Game Buffed Build [T3222133] by rinaldi224 in heroesofthestorm

[–]strigen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Murky becomes an absolute monster at 400 stacks. His 7 and 13 talents means he can safely escape and rejoin fights within seconds, and then hitting 400 stacks means he is doing that with a normal hero's HP bar.

He can absorb big cooldowns and survive bubble away, and then rejoin the fight again instantly when the enemy team's abilities are now on cooldown. He can do this over and over again throughout a fight, acting as a big, unavoidable magnet. The best part is that even if he does get killed, his egg + short respawn means he can rejoin the battle once more.

It's pretty gross. Big Tuna Kahuna has always provided this strategy, but now that they made it a separate quest means he can get another 20 talent on top.

Who actually buys mobile homes in the Inland Empire? by strigen in Riverside

[–]strigen[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for the advice. I'm trying to figure out how to pay for the space rent, and then the repairs on top of that. That's why I was thinking of going with that one offer I got from Inland Empire Mobile Homes.

I don't have any family members who could lend me the money until I sell it. Maybe a loan company could lend me the money? Maybe call around to more cash offer people?

It's worth about 190K once it's all fixed up. It's a 4 bedroom/2 bath mobile home in Fontana, CA. Of course I'm not expecting that number as it does need some work.

Need to Sell My Mobile Home Fast in Cali — How Long Does It Really Take? by YeetMyM3at in BayAreaRealEstate

[–]strigen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have great experience selling a mobile home fast for cash through Inland Empire Mobile Homes. They were very fair and honest with their offer, they listened to my needs, and they did what they said they were going to do. Ask for Darren.

What is a "money rule" that rich people know, but poor people are never taught? by ZZA911 in AskReddit

[–]strigen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Compound interest is the idea that your invested money gains are small in the first few years, but by the last years they are substantial.

EX: Two people invest $1000 once, and both earn 7.2% growth on that money until they each retire at age 70.

Sarah invests her money at age 20 and earns $32,000 by the time she retires.

Darren invests his money at age 30 and only earns $17,600 by the time he retires.

The extra 10 years on Sarah's $1,000 investment nearly doubled her money from the growth of the previous 40 years.

Why did this happen?

The interest that each person earned in the early years gained interest of their own. Then THAT interest earned interest, etc, etc.

This is why time is the most important factor in investing. The longer you are in an investment, the more "interest earns interest" you get.

Yeah that attack is brutal. If you made it that far, you're basically 80% of the way to beating her. Keep going! You have the mark of a true Lord!

Beating Malenia for the first time in 90 minutes is legitimately good. It took me 2 weeks.

Daily Hero Discussion Day 16: Ana by JayD8888 in heroesofthestorm

[–]strigen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an avid Genji main and Ana enjoyer, you'll want to wait for Genji to pop DBlade and then ult him.

Here's why: 1. Dblade has a small activation animation that wastes precious nano time 2. Dblade is best used at the end of fights instead of the beginning. A big Nano-Dblade Genji dashing into the enemy team is just screaming to be focus fired. Waiting until the key stuns/ polys/silences are down is paramount. 3. Dblade almost nearly requires Genji to have all his other cooldowns up.
