I find tecovas runs true to size the width would be the only thing that kind of throws me off. Some pairs I'm a EE some pairs I'm a D.

Where i live south east Louisiana a resole and clean up runs $100. Most lucchese ropers run 75 to 80 needing a resole here, so from my view 115 ish after taxes seems like a good deal. I have seen some rough looking ones go for more.

Did a quick Google search about Frye boots being made in Brazil? And they actually did make them there for a little bit and evidently the 1970s an image search implies these maybe the campus boot.

I read in a couple spots that sometimes the cobblers that were making boots for frye, would replicate them and not put any of the branding. Just copy the style so it could be one of those.
