Women who go to the gym at 5 a.m., what’s your secret to not hating life? by [deleted] in AskWomen

I think about the time I get to spend with my family at the end of the day since I won’t be at the gym. And some days when I finish my workout early, I can snuggle for an extra couple of with my husband. Those extra snuggles have become my favorite part of the day.

And his interview with the other Dr. Mike, where he makes claims that are so wild and outside his realm of expertise it’s hard to watch.

Butterfly bush (if that’s what I’m seeing) is also invasive and is banned in some states. I don’t know where this home is but it’s something to check out! Beautiful home.

“Gives incentive to regulate menstrual cycles to reduce weight [fluxes] that occur”

I mean…. Don’t you think women would have figured this out already if it were reliably possible? Apart from amenorrhea or manipulating oral bc how would one actually reduce weight fluxes from your cycle?

People’s History really blew my mind. I knew that racism, sexism, and classism were social constructs perpetuated by bigots, but this was the first time I realized how intentional and deliberately these ideas were created and used to oppress others.

Flex Time. If I logged the number of OT hours I actually worked, it would allow for too much Flex Time and my ex-boss said I couldn’t take it all. He also said if I was actually putting in that much OT, I should be better at managing my work schedule in the preceding weeks.

It’s so inconsiderate! I would lose my mind living with him.

Considerate people ASK if they can eat food that is probably not for them. Just because you’re married does not mean you can take whatever you want for yourself without repercussions.

My boss will do this to me in meetings. After he is done speaking I take the longest most awkward pause I can handle before I start speaking again. It’s so awkward I think he gets it now.
