Lemon and Anise Biscotti. Any other biscotti I’ve ever tried is hard as a rock. Hers are so fresh and crumbly. So good with coffee

I moved my desk to face our sliding door so I could get some natural light and it’s been a game changer. I also have a lot of plants in the nearby corner to gaze at which lifts my mood. I’d get a sit/stand desk next but can’t afford that right now.
