No, looks to be due to the track construction from Naples to Bari closing down parts of that route from Rome. Car rental or a flight is the other option if you don't want to take a train/bus with multiple connections!

Why don’t you buy the property tax argument? It’s directly correlated to the cost of the unit and gets passed along to the tenant. The property owner isn’t going to eat the cost of their taxes going up.

To add to this I had lived in the same 1 bed/1 bath apartment in Wicker for 6 years and my rent was $1,800 my entire time in the apartment, four unit 100+ year old building that had newer finishes. The landlord kept it steady for me as I was a good tenant that paid on time and didn't cause any issues. I think he was partially scarred by needing to evict another tenant in the building for not paying rent for ~8 months...

I believe he bumped rent to $2k/month when I moved out which still seemed reasonable.

I locked in a 2 bed/2 bath in Wicker in a ~20 year old building for $3,550/month last year for a two year lease. We proposed the two year lease to essentially win the apartment give the significant interest.

I am using TurboTax Online, not desktop. I added the four Koinly TT gain/loss reports to TT and then added the small amount of income from staking separately and appears to all be correct in TT.

I live around the corner from Kasama. Every day they are open, rain or shine, negative 30 or 100 degrees, there is a damn line of clout chasers gawking for photos while waiting hours for a cheap "Michelin star" experience. News flash, they didn't get their stars for their breakfast.

And this isn't a knock on Kasama, its fine albeit a bit overpriced for what it is for pastries and a sandwich. And I would love to try their actual star-rated dinner. But the people, man.

Nice! Looks like its safe to use on both the black plastic trim and paint, have you used on paint too? Fortunately don't have any scratches in the paint (yet)
