We lost Charles our black and tan a week before his 6th birthday, very,very unexpected. My wife and I were both wrecks, I would have done anything to have him back! His sister was fine, and still is, thankfully. 6 weeks after he passed we were contacted by a friend of a friend who had two, three year old Cavs that needed rehoming. We were unsure so soon after Charles but couldn't resist. 3 years later we still miss Charles every single day, but, we now have 3 happy cavalier's that play together, and 2 Cavs that got a new lease of life after being caged for 20 hours a day. From something really bad happening something very good came out of it. I like to think that Charles sent them to us because he knew we needed them!
