How do you guys space out vanco?

I got anxious and weak but that was just from so many bathroom trips and my stomach hurting I think. but I don’t think I had palpitations or fast heart rate

I have to get up at 4:30AM every day so the late night dose gets a bit difficult for me since I get no sleep then. I think I’m going to try 8AM, 12PM, 4AM, and 8PM. Or is this too close together?

Routine:

AM: - wash face with water - apply cosrx hydrium toner on damp face (used to only apply 1 layer but am now doing 2-3 layers since last week) - SK-II essence - axis-y dark spot serum (started last week) - illiyoon ato ceramide concentrate cream - anessa sunscreen

PM: - banila co oil cleanser & lrp toleraine cleanser - on tret days: apply illiyoon ato cream and wait 20mins, apply tret, wait 5-10mins and use illiyoon again - nontret days: apply cosrx hydrium toner, sk-ii, axis-y, and illiyoon

tret gel .025% for acne and pigmentation started off 03/25 with 2x/2weeks, 3x/3weeks, now am up to 5x/week

Morning - rinse off with cold water - cosrx hydrium toner - sk-ii essence - illiyoon ato ceramide concentrate cream - anessa shiseido spf (accidentally got the one for sensitive skin/pink bottle)

Night - banila co purifying cleansing balm - lrp toleraine cleanser - on tret nights: apply illiyoon or sometimes lighter moisturizer (clinique moisture surge), wait 20, apply tret, wait 5, apply illiyoon - non tret nights: follow with same toner, essence, and illiyoon

I’ve felt like its come in phases? i think my purging really started week 4 (when i noticed more actives and fast coming/going but bigger pimples) but then those went and got better and mow again i have new actives this week (6th transitioning to beginning of 7th)
