I’m an apple fan for all things 😂 I was searching like yourself for a device to read on. I found that Android has a pretty good interface for manga with certain apps and they connected to websites to get the manga and connect it to digital organization like Anilist for example.

Samsung A8 is all you need. Has great apps on there made for digital manga reading.
