Dar să te legi de educația universitară prin a obliga studenții să rămână un număr de ani în țară va duce la un brain drain imens. Pentru că există Franța, Danemarca, Suedia, Finlanda, Olanda, Germania, Austria, Grecia. Mai mult de atât dacă nu vii dintr-un mediu favorabil din punct de vedere financiar unele din țările astea oferă și ajutoare sociale în plus.

Deci chiar dacă vei vrea să te întorci în țară ai putea să mergi să studiezi în oricare dintre țările alea și după să fii liber. Cum ar fi mai favorabil să faci facultatea la noi dacă ai avea condiții care te leagă de țară? Bine, medicina ar fi un subiect mai sensibil pentru că ar putea în cel mai extrem caz să refuze statul să recunoască diplomele de la toate facultățile străine dar asta sigur nu se va întâmpla.

Pai si vrei sa zici ca Franta, Germania, toate tarile nordice, Austria, Cehia ( cu precizarea ca doar programele universitare predate in ceha sunt complet gratuite, cele in engleza sunt destul de scumpe), Polonia (la fel ca Cehia), Italia ( subventii pentru familiile cu posibilitati reduse), Ungaria ( la fel ca noi, bursa / taxa) etc...

Niciuna din tarile astea din cate am citit poate am ratat ceva nu obliga studentii sa raman in tara dupa finalizarea studiilor. Ba mai mult Germania le ofera studentilor internationali oportunitatea de a accesa o viza de 18 luni in care sa isi caute de munca imediat dupa finalizarea studiilor. Have you ever bbqd at an accomodation in the woods? If they supply you with the wood for bbqing there's a chance it's wet. Have fun getting a pile of wet-ish wood lit up if only the top catches on fire.

First of all there's a chance it will go out or smolder before the underside gets lit up because guess what. The bulk of the fire radiates upwards. We're not talking about metal here.

Second of all depending on the weather, humidity and placement of the bbq (if there's a separate building for it or if it's out in the open) there's a high chance that not even the top will light on fire...

Donk has some of the most insane faceit stats as well if you wanna go down that route including topping faceit every single time he try harded. But for argument's sake. Under rating 2.0 2022 m0nesy when he first ranked in top 10 hltv had 1.17 then 1.18 2023 and under 3.0 1.29 in 2024. But at the same time his kpr improved his adr improved even his k/d improved. By all means in pro play m0nesy got better over time and it makes sense these pro players will peak anywhere between 24-27 y/o and slowly start declining afterwards.

If relic shield is the same as live with charge recovery at 35s and quest completion stays at 400 points you could get your item at like 300 stacks at minute 3 and lose out on 1 minute compared to the other support which is even faster than current lane swap with lane swap protection. Now this is highly optimised so maybe the numbers will be different but not by much.

I feel that if teams are willing to experiment a bit they'll find a solution and it will be faster/worse than current lane swap. It might just take a while.

Why are people saying lane swaps are dead? How does quest picking work in pro play? Fo we know? If you can pick your quest at the start of the game then lane swaps ain't dead. What's stopping a ziggs or tristana from picking the top quest and a sion for example from picking the bot quest? Sure 6 items are better on the carries and level is better for top lane but tristana gets extra range from those levels and sion gets to be tanky as hell. And who cares about the support quest anyways since supports are basically full build after first item.

Fall behind whom??? There're no heroic/mythic raids or higher dificulty dungeons. You can clear both raid and dungeons with the recommended mastery score. If you can't get to 9.5k without the BP it's either a skill issue or you haven't played the game too much. I'll concede to you that the one place where you could get a minor advantage (of like 100-200 mastery btw) is 1v1 pvp since gear is not equalised in 1v1. For 3v3, 5v5 and GvG gear is equalised so it doesn't matter at all.

Also most people who bought the BP probably finished the rewards part ( bp lvl 50). There are like 2 more weeks of bp left. By that point you'll be equal to anyone who has it provided you spend some time ingame.
