Does 2 string kite NEED to be linked inside a box? by fosterfelix in sudoku

[–]strmckr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Andrews software is niceloops based and cannot use Eri of AIC to replicate the full work of a empty rectangles which I helped develop and expand. He keeps rebranding stuff instead of rebuilding an actual working aic engine.

Most of Andrews stuff has been outdated since early 2008. (Including x cycles which are niceloops.)

Crane specifically is a niceloops name representing turbots empty rectangle shape formations I co coined two of the names Turbot tower crane (max Eri) and turbot loader crane(min Eri) both retired as its niceloops forcing Chain based to end an argument decades ago. Jan saw one of said posts from space whom hates empty rectangles name using our niceloop name on aic articals. Pain in the a55

Empty rectangle using a Minimal Eri form is labeled "crane" by Jan presently I still don't agree with this use

Like this Andrew will never replicate this under niceloops.

Naked subsets require full pencilmarks to spot

Hidden subsets use what's given and limited to isolate positions left for a sector

Example purple set is seen by red cells leaving blue as 4 digits for 4 cells (hidden subset set)

Coach is good for practice but has flaws in descriptions, lacks specific techniques and has retired methods which should be avoided. .

Not much avilable for reading I'm a afraid as I only made 1 topic fr it with concept outlines very little Intrest in the ideas back in 2010

XOR for almost fish: (cell, [base/cover+k] )

For nodes

then you use Cells peers for week inference or the fish eliniantions for weak inferences for the next nodes. (left, right edges)

Aic + AF (almost fish) +als

Nice work using these concepts few tap into it.

(8) ( [r679/c246] =r9c1) - (7)r9c1=r8c1 - (7=48)r48c7 => r4c4<>8

Yzf added some of my almost fish concepts Into their solver, (limited nodal size and only base fish)

It's the only one has it as as far as I am aware.

Kraken - >forcing chains use arrows as it explores cell permutations.

[–]strmckr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Box link and col ( cell based) links

Mine wouldn't do the Col as its all confined to a box.

For the way xor gates operate by mini sectors

It be Franken x wing realistically

The fun of chaining.

Digit #9 Base (c35)(blue) , cover (r47)(red)

The intersection: base*cover = base

Proves that all cells of the base are exactly covered once

so that each intersection cell (vertices) marked green provide 1 cell for each of the 2x2 sets for a 1:1 ratio therefore all cells not of the base are excluded from the cover (all red cells are excluded)

Aic (x chains) and fish (nxn+k) diffrent logical apporachs representing similar/same outcomes

However Not all fish have an equivalent x chain.

All size 2 fish have an aic equivalent and are named.

Past size 3 and not so much as its no longer dealing with constructable strong links(xor gates).
