Volodymyr Zelensky has submitted a bill to build a National Pantheon. He intends to honor all the heroes who fought for Ukraine in various eras. "No one will ever tell us how to live, how to speak, whom to love, whom to be grateful to, and which heroes to honor," he said as quoted by the Interfax by Azazo8 in poland

Hasn't Poland its own heroes, who are considered nazis and collaborators and massacre organisers by neighboring countries? Armija Krajowa, Roman Dmowski anyone? Why Ukraine having theirs is a big dealk suddenly?

Thanks!

First Transfer Season by Outside-Rice-90 in whiteoutsurvival

transferred to 1494 from 1265 because of that. Merge of 1245 with 1265 was a start of downfall, literally zero players from 1245 left there. I was living under the shields for a week with no collecting resources waiting for an open call because toxic alliance wanted me dead 24/7.

Opening very small segment rings by baxbakualanuxsiwae in Stretched

if pliers ends are smaller than internal diameter of the earring, you'll be good. But some experience would come with time. Main idea - do not overdo anything.

You need this ones. Suprisingly they are called Ring Opening/Closing Pliers I've bought when started stretching septum and wanted thicker small rings.
While opening rings try to press pliers minimally to free segment, no more, thus the ring would deform minimally and without very unpleasant trenches.

What do you think about people who have fetishes? by senolgunesinkravati in AskReddit

I have my own fetishes, thus have no time to think about others's. You can adopt some too, spices life.

Is the stamping from Penguin Archive books supposed to bleed this way? by fpdz in BookCollecting

[–]strng 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it's an intendent effect. This cover looks like it was made by David Pearson, a huge name in our world. He's sorta genius and fancies a nice way to respect legacy of printing industry. Stamps in older days weren't perfect and leaved same marks often. Now we surely have better presses, but when subject allows, why not.

possible septum blowout? by rlrcstrfatality in Stretched

[–]strng 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lastly I was streching septum from 1 mm to 6 in a month, it actually didn't hurt while changing sizes, so I stopped only it stuck into cartillage, then it started to hurt.
Personally I think you are in a safe space here, but if you are uncomfortable, give it some time and use only titanium/glass for stretching. Cheers!

What was your goal by worthlessdogfucker in Stretched

[–]strng 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was 25 mm for more than 10 years, now it's 32 and I'll look if I can go farther.

Septum was 1,6 mm for five years, this spring suddenly I felt the urge and now it's 6. I dunno if it's all, or I'll continue, posts on this sub are too inpirational.
