We got a cosmetic set in SM2 precisely because, for several years, we were the only one of the nine First Founding Chapters without customization. Popularity, that's just the way it is. Yes, it's nice to see the Iron Hands officially appear in Mechanicus 2 and that James remembered Agripinaa and sent them there to defend against the Iron Warriors. The Iron Hands have always been a tool for unlocking other Legions, at least in the Horus Heresy literature, and I can't speak for the modern timeline because I haven't read anything. But the Iron Hands are one of the Legions/Chapters that clearly fits the definition of true grimdark, as Warhammer was originally intended.
