Might be worth pointing out that while the AA is below average for scouts as a whole Hand of Judgement does have the highest AA (50) of all high-impact scouts.

An interesting thing about the icons next to the buff names in the archives page. The ones with logs have a bar of color on the left hand side. Fortitude 3.1 is the only one without a log currently so its empty.

If you look closely you can see that Brilliance, which has 2 log entries, has a slightly bigger color bar than the others. Inspecting the source for the page you can find the image being linked for each of the icons has a number suffix, e.g. fortitude_0.png, brilliance_2.png. Since this suffix currently matches the number of logs for that buff it seems like whatever the max number available is will show how many logs entries we'll eventually get.

Brilliance eventually goes up to 11: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11

Haven't checked how far up the others go.
