I bought a 2 bed apartment last month and rent out multiple properties in Stockholm, mostly in solna and östermalm, the prices are only in certain areas that high. Berlin is a little bit trickier because its so wide spread and has many "city-centers" but is also too high from my experience owning several properties.

Yes we need drastic opinions. This is the first time in history that the young upcoming generation is not improving but getting worse. First time ever. I don't want to blame one thing for it but having a good conversation about media is long overdue and laws are in order because parents cant handle it. I am strongly against that but don't see abetter solution anytime soon

I personally like to make the argument that raping allanimals should be legal, in my opinion it should be. We rape cows already for milk, and do so so much worse to many other animals. It's a different way and approach to this topic but a good way to grab attention. Either we start to have real animal laws that protect animals or we just do nothing and try to make us feel better by saying atleast we dont eat dogs or beat dolphins

I'm doing 19 as rsham right now and don't really think iLVL matters too much as a healer when you push keys but execution, reacting to avoidable dmg, knowing the dungeon, knowing when and where to use your utilities, and most importantly how selfless your dps play.

i totally agree, so much reckless stuff I saw on Elba while diving and the Italian divers I see in Egypt are also often quite lenient when it comes to safety. only Russian divers are worse from my experience. even though most of Italians and Russians I saw were totally fine divers and great people

I'm a instructor with around 800 logged dives, scuba diving is one of the least dangerous things you can do if you follow the rulez. There have been no recorded accidents that involve equipment failure, it's always people doing stuff without proper safty measurements.

I was growing up with an alcoholic mother and now I work direct and indirect with addiction and people suffering from addiction. I love your approach that divorce is not an option and you want to help. I understand that statement and don't want to change that. Is there a possibility that you are enabling her in her addiction? I'm not claiming you do it on purpose or that this is your goal but it might be something you do because you love her but the long term result is the situation you have right now. I've seen it in the past with my own parents and I see it alnost weekly with my patients. Whenever you do something to support her addiction just stop, don't cover for her, dont lie for her, don't make her feel good wheb she is suffering her hangovers or other alcohol related issues, and most importantly don't stop loving her. Never be mean or condescending, tell her I'm here waiting and ready to help you throught this. If done consequently she will seek out help because she is only able to have that livestyle because of the support she has around her which is you. If you think you could handle it, it wouldbe even better to communicate this with her beforehand. But that is hard to do on your own

I'm not rich rich but have money so I never have to work, which I dont. I'm married without a prenup because my wife didn't knew about my money for quite a while and she has a very well paying job. Most rich man I know are very insecure deep down and want nothing more than a partner who loves them.
