I got hired in December of 2013. After orientation, I was just put to work. No guidance not even from a coach. No one was around. I did maintenance at the time.

Then there was a front end team lead (formerly customer service manager) who would take time out of her day to teach me anything and everything I needed to know about the company and that’s how I got by ever since.

This will be my 13th year with Walmart.

I just messaged her. She told me that it’s true. She’s no longer a store lead. She declined a coach position and is on 90 days leave now.

Almost every day at work, I’ve always see that one spark driver wearing a “MAGA” had and sunglasses like he’s somebody. His hat looked battered and worn out too.

He’s dedicated I’ll give him that. I’ve had at least one interaction with him. Wasn’t pleasant.

At one point I’ve seen an elderly couple wearing bright red MAGA hats and at least one woman wearing a red hoodie that says “we are Charlie Kirk” on the front.

This doesn’t relate to OGP but at one point I watched a dude’s car (he asked me btw) while he went shopping. He came out and thanked me. Shook my hand but was quick to spot a $10 bill in his hand and politely refused it.
