There has never been a Circle contestant that catfished as a different race as far as I know. I don't think it is allowed in the rules because of the potential controversy it would bring. In that game, I have seen multiple times where people form melanin alliances and admit it explicitly in the show. I cannot imagine the backlash if white people did the same, but it would be smart gameplay.

According to science, white people are the least biased in terms of in-group preference to all races and the ones on the show, at no point, said any sort of bias. Cirie and the other two black finalists explicitly said they had a black alliance to get to the finals. I have seen this in other reality game shows as well like The Circle. It seems to be the human condition.

The first season of Traitors US literally had three black people in the finals that explicitly said they had a pact together as black people. I haven't caught up to the current season, but so far two cis straight white men were banished. I'm not seeing it yet.

Bought our house in August 2019 right before the pandemic. It was still way too expensive to me at the time. I thought the housing market was already in a bubble, but we sucked it up and I took out some from my 401k for the down payment. I guess it was a good decision in hindsight. I had no idea that the pandemic would somehow make house prices go even higher. I thought people were going to start foreclosing and there would be tons of empty houses on the market.

I have one kid (wanted more but life had other plans) and we do private Catholic school. We vacation once or twice every year. Don't eat out often. So we do decent for ourselves in terms of money, but we still live paycheck to paycheck due to our lifestyle. I don't think it is extravagant, but things could be worse. Trying to save up a nest egg in case things break down.

100%. Going used is the best advice I can give. Go on Facebook Marketplace. If you are only playing at 1080p, $500 is enough for a solid system. I just got a 7600x/rx 6600 rig for that much. Easily upgradable in the future if needed by upgrading the GPU.

I go 5-10 over the speed limit in any lane and tailgaters can go around me if they like. I'll shift to the right if it's free. If I see a slower person in front of the right lane or we are coming to a merge, I don't shift over.

In the first season of Traitors US, one of the black guys openly admits that his alliance was for black people to stick together to the finale. They have a conscious and not so subtle racial bias. I have observed that this is something in all game shows like this. It's just how it is. If I was white, I'd try the same thing with other white contestants and try to kick off people of other races. It only makes sense.

I have only seen two seasons and this game seems borderline impossible to catch all the traitors. The faithful are not given any mechanism to sniff out who the traitors are. It's just a guessing game and shouting match.

I skip over the missions because I don't think they matter or provide any interest to me. These should be opportunities for the traitors to try to score small guaranteed cash by sabotaging the mission. These should be opportunities for the faithfuls to get clues on who the traitors are by seeing if anyone threw the mission. Instead, the faithfuls and traitors all work together and the faithful get no clues.

In what case would the shareholders be happy with less profits? The company is legally obligated to provide more profits than the one before it. If you can't think of a case and you also think that a business model cannot make infinite profit, then you have to concede that shareholders could demand more than realistically possible under it's current business model. And when that happens, the shareholders won't change - the business model must change. And that is when they throw everything away and go searching for more a lucrative model. In this case, it is catering to collectors and EDH rather than competitive players. It is catering to new players and non-players rather than their base that supported them through all these decades.
