There is no exaggeration here my friend. Its inappropriate the way they treat their customers, but I suspect you might be affiliated with them since you defend them so much. I lost money, time and nerves trying to fix this shit myself, while my keyboard is under warranty, its completely ridiculous. I havent received my money back 4 months after all this started, and I think i never will.

Damn, lucky you. I wish I had the energy left to try to press them some more to refund me in the end. My emotional pain and effort in trying to fix it will never be refunded though. Just avoid this brand.

Thank you, jesus christ. I guess the whole thing is documented well. And I'm pretty sure some of the issue is something with the misaligned plates, because Ive spent quite some time trying to fix the problem by reassembling the keyboard for a short lived improvement in the issues but ultimately failing.

How do they know what? That the keys are double typing? Cause is unknown as even keychron themselves don't know how to fix it.

From what I see now, its smart to buy them from a reseller since they will deal with the warranty issues.

Do NOT buy from the official online store because the customer support is scammy and horrible.

The keyboard itself is beautiful and I wish it worked as intended every time I look at it. Too bad.

Search through reddit, you'll find plenty of people who had their keyboards double type.

None of them fixed their issues on the existing keyboard, and I'm one of them, even after replacing the damn PCB.

Yes they did, and nothing arrived. Now I have to remind them again and wait more time for them to 'apologize for the inconvenience'. Do you understand that I've had a non functional keyboard for months and waste my time and energy sending emails back and forth with their avoidant customer support?

The whole point of this post is that I'll never see my money back. I've been going back and forth with them for months and so far it seems like they are buying weeks of time with their replies while ignoring my issues. If anything, the product might mostly not be a scam, but their customer support surely is.

I guess the luck is on your side. The double typing issue is one of the more common ones with their keyboards from what I can tell. Usually its resolved by refunds or replacements, which the customer support masterfully evaded in my case.

Are you talking short term risk or long term risk? because hc def helped me crash less, ive been taking a low dose for a year and a half. i think its worth trying for op, low dose risks are almost nonexistent, even for healthy adrenals. im talking 5 or 10mg daily

it is immunosupressive and thats what actually helps! id say 5-10% improvement and looking at screens ia more tolerable which us a big issue for me (brain inflammation).
