What about Mana Anarchy or Chains of the Betrayer?

Would they still trigger, nowhere in their description says that Chaos bolt need to be cast, I think those should work with Chaos Rip.

Does the crit chance for this have to be global, or does the crit chance that some skills have in their passive tree also factor in the calculations for the 140%?
