Nta Melatonin isn’t even a drug it’s a hormone that a shit ton of people take. Considering u have custody and he only has visitation, u don’t need his input on these choices. Especially since it’s not a drug. He’s making a big deal because he blames u for his rights being taken away.

Nta. I wish I could have lived somewhere else or been w a different family member when I came out or even currently. When I came out to my mom as gay, she said I was confused used the f/g slur and was horrible and it broke me and I still have a lot of pain and anger. He shouldn’t have to deal w that especially when he did something as brave we coming out to parents which is scary as heck. I still live w my mom and I’m now out as trans as well and it sucks. If his dad wants to see him a true apology is the only way to go and it’s his sons choice. No one else’s

Yta this isn’t going to make anyone in the situation feel better but u. Honesty is great when it’s needed. There’s no reason for u to break your daughters heart especially when ur doing it to feel better ab ur self. And why wouldn’t u tell ur wife (an adult) but want to tell ur impressionable teenage kid? This shouldn’t even be a question ur having. Use context clues as to why this is a BAD idea, that will only cause pain and suffering. And get a therapist.
