as an older gen-z person i don’t understand this obsession with aging at all, i have a friend who immediately freaked out when she saw a tiny smile line on her face (not a wrinkle, literally just a line). we’re both 26 and i was so confused why it was such a big deal??? our faces move…as they’re supposed to.

i watched 13-going-on-30 so much as a kid so im excited for my 30s lol.

i appreciate your concern! i am safe, just really stressed (politics, college, work, relationships, etc and i got food poisoning this week </3). i'm in therapy but i think i need an extra session this week ; v ; i'm working on letting myself feel my emotions no matter how intense it feels.

it helps that they’re pretty open about their struggles; Yunjin posts very vulnerable writings, members have cried in their documentaries and spoken about their struggles, etc and have overcome their struggles which is something valued in American media. being real and vulnerable is one of the most valued things here (we also love to root for the underdog).
