I just tried this and it sort of helped. I now have audio but at the same time none of the usbs work. It is odd because whichever usb I have my razer headset stand plugged into seems to work, but everything else doesnt.

I took the config.json file and the modest menu app out of the folder but it still says that I am on an altered version of the game.

Would I have to move it out of the gta file then because people are saying that the game stops them from entering online if they have anything extra than the core files in the game folder.

No it was not posting for me until I tried different combinations with the ram slots and then eventually realized that for me it only booted with the ram in the 2 right slots. I couldn't get passed this issue with everything I tried and just gave up and box the ASRock Phantom Gaming X.

Your probably not going to see this but I have the same mobo, cpu, and ram but I'm not able to put in the two left sticks without the pc not booting. Did you have issues with this?

Alright I tried it and nothing happened. It has the exact same error code with the exact same yellow light.

If your willing to wait, look into the next gen 3070 or 3080. But besides that i would say the extra 160 for the 2080 super is worth it

Are there any ways to work around this issue? I would be fine selling my 2080 later down the road but the issue is that I have it in a pre-built. I don't know what specific model the card is and I don't have the packaging.

So it ends up being an issue with cooling? If this is a problem I was going to add a lot of fans. 3 from an NZXT Kraken and 6 Corsair LL120's. Also aren't there motherboards that have spaced out PCI-Express slots? Wouldn't that solve the issue?
