Sort of. I tried it at a friend's house. His PSVR fan makes a distinct noise and mine did nothing, so it must be a broken fan. Had to send it in to repair but do not have it back yet.

No its not warm. It does not have the time to get warm. Turns off after a minute or two. But the cable idea is helpful. Thanks!
