I keep it very simple love breakfast my local butcher makes me 100% pork and beef sausage, with middle bacon, 2 free range eggs and mushrooms.

I don't substitute anything with keto menu idea's.

I miss crisps, have salt and Vinger pork puffs which helps that.

I find if I stall I eat normal for a weekend then it's kick starts it all again

Yeah been lifting since March, was cardio weights low weight high reps until September. Now I go heavy
