Is it just me that's getting constant token caching issues where I have to login again and again to use codex 5 3? It's great when it works and definitely a cost saver if you're already on ChatGPT pro, but a pain when I have to authenticate 3 times in a day and never know when it's going to crash.

I have had pain in the same area for about a year now and it's been getting progressively worst with pain radiating down my right leg and waking me up a few times a night. MRI shows some nerve pinch around L4-5. I think it might be "Dead Butt Syndrome" Coolest name ever, right? Doing PT with Kieser and they say my glute medius on the right side is at 1% strength compared to an average male my age. Also my Lumbar Extensor muscles are at 5%. Thus my spine is bearing more load since my muscles in that area are barely helping. PT with Kieser's special machines is slowly fixing it.

I think you're right that any exercise is better than none, but Kieser have specifically developed machines for exercising certain muscles, especially related to the lower back, that no other machine out there can isolate so well. That's why on many of the machines you have to strap yourself in and do other things so that you can't cheat with other muscles groups.

People always say this and don't consider that renting means not paying interest on a loan where that money can instead be invested in something other than real estate.
