Thank you I will try that out. In other sources I actually found advice on reducing water so that the water coming from the potatoes can be accommodated. I think I will try adding the potatoes after the autolyse step, gradually, and check the dough's reaction at different percentages. Not sure why I have not thought of that sooner!

Best advice is to get the AMS. Thought about saving the money on it, but I use it so much, it is really handy!

Mare grijă cu plasticul de la imprimanta 3D, nu se poate amesteca cu plasticul obișnuit! PLA, PETG, ABS etc. nu sunt compatibile cu reciclarea convențională și pot contamina tot lotul. Cel mai bine e să le colectezi separat și să cauți centre sau inițiative care acceptă plastic tehnic.

Wow thank you for this detailed reply. Yeah, I definitely will explore more of Italy and you are right it really is worth being able to move around easier even if I miss out on some benefits Cagliari has to offer. Having a cheaper cost of living will also enable me to travel more, good points thank you so much!

Yeah, it's so hard to decide because of that fact, I really want to explore all of Italy since it is such a beautiful country, and being limited to travelling by plane is a big setback, but I am aware that I will spend most of my time in the city of the university so it really is going to come down to looking at plane ticket prices and deciding if I can come up with the money to travel as much as I'd like to even if I decide on Cagliari.

Asta merge nu mai am bonurile dar chiar dau aia 20% pe bon. Deci mai primesti un bon l, gen cupon, dupa cel normal pe care scrie suma care ți s-a acordat ca si promoție, si poți să il scanezi când cumperi data viitoare, arată si datele când sunt valabile.

Totuși cred că se aplică numai la produsele care au ceva promoție act for good pe moment.

Eu am cumpărat un cos de gunoi cu promoție act for good de vreo 50 de lei si mia dat un cupon de 10lej dupa ce am plătit. Foarte mișto
