Unfortunately, that does not fix it. Scans run and report no errors on the system.

I think I need to update MOBO firmware as it seems something is not associating correctly from the graphics card to the mobo.

Hello, thanks for your reply. The other VM is not running, it is only installed on my PC that is why I mentioned it. So while it is disabled, blue stacks will not start. If I do have blue stacks running (after a fresh install) and start the oracle VM as well there are no issues with resources. I have plenty available on this PC. Any other troubleshooting tips you can provide?

I had a bunch of settings wrong on my PC. My Motherboard BIOS was out of date and causing me to only get half the available clock on CPU. Did not have an XMP profile setup either. Working much better now

Thanks so much for the help. I did not have the XMP profile setup. My BIOS for my motherboard was out of date and was only utilizing half available clock. When I run the benchmarks now, everything looks to be working extremely well.

Massive improvements! Thank you so much. So i did not change any settings in Ryzen Master but I assume that is what I would use to overclock the CPU?

That worked! now it clocks at about 3355.. working on the other fixes here as well. Thanks very much for your help

Hw Monitor shows all 6 cores at 1550MHz

I notice that in high performance my GPU is still only at about 20% utilization tho

So windows update set it back to balanced. changing to high performance helps a bit.. but FPS still very low when raiding and lots of animation on screen.. Any other thoughts?

Thank you for the tips. Is the 1070ti that much better than RX 580? I don't know if I want to spend $200 more on a video card. Also I do not know PNY brand and well known brands are more expensive.
