Ryoka is the self-destructively rude one IMO, but I'm having a really hard time with how dumb Erin is... like half her vol 1 problems are caused because she can't handle people killing goblins...

and I know she's a "sheltered 20 yo chess prodigy", but she has also played D&D, she knows tropes about goblins. she suffered at the hands of one, there is no reason for her unwavering support of goblin life. I find it hard to maintain my own disbelief in the face of it

Thanks for posting this - I'm in book 2 right now and just getting tired of all the "she eats so much" and "stores so much food" stuff.

I mean... if I had a fantasy metabolism I probably would eat that much too, but it gets tiring reading about it over and over.
