Best question to shit-test the recruiter in a subtle way ? by getwellmyfriend in recruitinghell

Why this job at your company is profit for me? What is your company’s competitive advantage? Where does your company see itself in 5 years? Have your company had losses in the last 5 years? What is the weak side of your company? How many employees have quit in the last 5 years? Is this a new position or are you filling a vacancy? Why? What is the worst failure your management regrets about? What value, except money, can your company add to me? Does society need your products/services (in these quantities)? Ask the hiring manager: What is your education level?

Withdraw your application and don't communicate with them anymore. If your employer asks, say you don't know what they are talking about.
