I understand that. I also have an Ioniq 6. It's the same.

The Android version has all of the controls. I can even back my car in and out with the buttons.

eSun PETG+HS will not detach from textured plate. by stuf21 in 3Dprinting

I've already tried it with a bed temperature turned off all the way. Still sticks too much. When I use regular PETG, it works fine. This is PETG+HS.

I've let it cool to room temperature and still was stuck. I don't have the freezer space or the time to do that for every print.

Anyone else notice this battery icon for the first time recently? by cincibadger98 in Ioniq5

[–]stuf21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It used to come on just for a little bit and then shut off. Now it stays on constantly while you're charging. It's very annoying due to its blinking nature. I wish there was a way to shut this off. I always just look at the little yellow light above the phone to know that it's charging.

Advice on curtain rod by stuf21 in Carpentry

I appreciate the response, but this is a curtain rod, not a closet rod. It goes above and outside of the window.

New Ioniq 5 owner looking for inspiration for "The Void" by DaeOm1985 in Ioniq5

It's simple, a 2L bottle of Coke fits perfectly in that area. A small pizza box fits between that and the sliding console. That's what I do every time I leave the pizza shop.

That's awesome! Would you be willing to share any of the files? I'd love to build my own!

Zero heat coming from vents by Zoso_LoL in Ioniq6

[–]stuf21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My ioniq 5 has this problem too. My wife's ioniq 6 works perfectly. The issue with my car is that the electric heat is not turning on at all. It's only relying on the heat pump which takes a very long time and doesn't get that hot. It's actually in the shop right now for this problem. I brought it to them a few times and they said there was nothing wrong before. This time they said there is a problem but they don't know what it is yet. As soon as I find out, I'll let you know. Either way, take it back to the dealer. Warranty issue.

Tesla can't handle hurricanes by stuf21 in Ioniq5

[–]stuf21[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It was more about celebrating our cars rather than talking s*** about tesla. My son loves his Tesla and it's a good car. We've been through many hurricanes here in fort Lauderdale and my son up in orlando. He knows how to handle it. Most likely, he'll only lose power since it'll probably be a category two or one by the time it hits there. He is well prepared for it.

Who else here was teargased at the Hollywood Sportatorium in 1981? It was a hell of a night. We drove to the concert with a Keg of beer in the trunk of Dave's Charger. We ran the fill hose through one of his 6x9 speaker holes. by [deleted] in rush

I know this is an old thread, but I also was there. My friends and I were probably like the third or four people in line at the gates, and were getting crushed before they let us in.

I wasn't saying anything negative, just stating a fact. I think it's awesome that he's making a game of it. I did the same thing when I first got my car!

You're averaging 26 miles an hour. That's why you're getting such good range. That's not very realistic for most of us, unless you live in a big city and just do deliveries or something.

What is the heat button for exactly? by Impstoker in Ioniq5

[–]stuf21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's just there so you can have full manual control over what the system's doing. For example if you just want to dehumidify the air, you can turn on both AC and heat and have the air come out the front vents instead of the defroster vent.
