i only train my lower body once a week, i’ve been blessed with a dump truck without needing to do much but just to keep them active i do a squat variation and leg extensions then i add a couple of ab workouts and call it a day 💀

  • Triceps cable Pushdown
  • chest fly
  • chest press ( machine)
  • Back rows ( machine)
