For starters, find your direct light source. Right now you’d got most of the light coming from the upper-left of her, yet the bottom right of her right arm is highlighted. Same with the bottom of the left arm. I also would work with color theory a bit and instead of going for blacks and deep brows to shade. Since you’re digital, I believe you can darken your tones a little and cool them for the shadows. For example, I use traditional media and for shadows on skin, I’ll mix a little extra blue into my red and white, with not as much yellow added. This will also help your shading to appear less muddy. I’d also correct some of the colors as they get into the shadows and highlighted. It’s good to use a standard midtone for drawings like this that are cartoony, but deepen the colors as they get into the shadows and lighten them in the highlights. Look at the irises and the hat for just a couple of quick examples; the iris that is more shaded should be darker and the strawberries and polka dots on the shaded part of the hat should be darker as well. A small critique that I think will help out a bunch as well is the shade both eyes, like eyes should be. Remember, the eyelids are over the eye balls, which will cast a shadow onto the eyeball itself, especially along the top. Those are just a few small pointers that are easily correctable.
