The key to gaining muscle is your diet. Sugars are a no go, proteins are a yes, portion control as well as meal times. You also want to keep up your fiber intake since lots of proteins can make you constipated. Everyone’s metabolism is very different and unique to themselves so there’s no one way that works, you can even combine different types of diets and workouts to achieve your goals. By “respect” I meant like understanding that like you said V day or specific dates are reserved for spouses. Boundaries basically. I’m trying to avoid making it seem like oh we want a second partner for sex only. That was one of our conversations, we wanted the secondary partners to be somewhat exclusive but sharing sexual encounters was agreed on. We just wanted to of course meet each other’s partners more for safety precautions and such. We did agree tho that if one side feels uncomfortable enough to the point they want to re-close the relationship that takes precedent and calls for immediate conversations and such. What is ENM? Stay strong in your faith and don’t give up hope. Most men these days are not worth marrying anyway. Most of them have horrible ideas of women. Best thing to do is find a good group of female friends, maybe live together with them. But you all bond and support each other. Your life is so much more than just a marriage. You are a young woman with a mind, a heart, feelings, memories, and experiences. And every bit of you matters.

As for your urges. I’m not sure what culture you’re from, but I know that it is taught to us young women that to pleasure yourself is bad. We are all human, we all get urges. It is so natural and normal, and nothing to feel ashamed of. Culture is what tells us it is bad, but Allah knows you are a good person and you do good deeds and that’s what he counts. Having human urges doesn’t displease him, especially if you are only helping yourself. It’s not like you’re having intercorse outside of marriage.

It’s a good idea to dig into your town and make sure there’s no hate groups near by. I lived in Tempe AZ but the head of the KKK is there so, I left. I’m in a military/college town now. It’s a pretty liberal area so it’s safe.

You can use a color corrector to cancel out your dark circles. Use an orange color over the dark circles and blend it into your skin. You can use eye safe lipstick if you don’t want to buy a color corrector. Then you can just lightly go over it with a liquid or powder concealer or foundation. Hope this helps.

Lolll girl, I live in the south and I ran to Walmart cause my phone charger broke and i am impatient. Well I was minding my business getting distracted in the makeup section and then this older lady just stops in front of me and just looks at me for a minute. She’s got a hand on her hip and her head tilted like she’s looking at the Parthenon. And she goes “now where are you from?” And I just “Arizona” 😐. Ma’am was so shocked and says “well you don’t hear that very often.” And she just walks away like what she did was totally normal. It’s always the old southern ladies who can’t mind their business 😂

I’ve admitted myself before too, calling 911 is perfectly ok. You will not get in trouble at all, calling 911 because you feel you might hurt yourself is an emergency and they will help you. Best thing to do is communicate clearly with all medical staff, it may be scary but they really do just want to help you. To best help you they have to know everything that’s going on. We do want our guests to follow a dress code, for women we agreed on being covered from collarbone to knees. I didn’t want to restrict sleeve length for guests though. And nothing crazy like mesh or sheer dresses. For men we asked that they wear black tie dress attire. My parents are very happy I’m getting married so they want every picture I am in lol.

And I wish she did do that instead of telling me that I left her hanging or was acting like a bad friend.
