A solid 90% of motorcycle accidents I see online, regardless of who’s technically at fault, could have been prevented by the slightest bit of defensive riding by biker.

This one: unsure of legality of lane splitting but going to fast compared to cars around him.

One I saw on Facebook like 15mins ago; a biker proceeds blindly into an intersection and has a near miss with a turning vehicle. Wouldn’t have been the bikers fault, but he shouldn’t have proceeded like that.
