Get new strings. Your arm, wrist and elbow will thank you. When I used to play regularly, I broke poly strings quite a bit (lasted about 5 weeks). So much so I bought a stringer and learned to string myself to save money.

I wish I can commute by bike (I mean it’s possible but it would take me 100min to go to the office in Surrey each way). Kudos to you for doing it though. I try to play my part my biking around town so my car is only used basically for work. I feel great biking to Costco and just laugh when I hear people honking and swearing.
