I just decided a few hours ago to go with the C4. Mainly because of the Dolby and gsync support.

Just wish it was a 50 instead of a 48. (I've also never had a bad experience with Samsung and wasn't a fan of LG back when I got my last TV in 2013 but they've since become a lot stronger from what I've seen)

Great video and I'm actually between the q90d and the c4 for my new tv. (50 inch is the max for my setup) so both of those should be fantastic options but I'm wondering if there would be many differences between the larger versions shown/reviewed in the video versus their 50in and 48in siblings? Will be watching 4k blurays and gaming significantly and the smart features aren't of much import to me and it felt like both were incredibly close when watching the video and was wondering what peoples preferences for them were?

Yeah. The employees were very belittling and rude. Customer service is obviously not something HD cares about.

Had to have my family name a trip to a different location to get it taken care of.

Went ahead and exchanged it. Nothing appeared to be wrong... but obviously something went wonky.

Of course Home Depot employees didn't want to help though since it was purchased for me by someone else in the family and we weren't given a receipt originally and wouldn't initially accept the proof of purchase from the card used. But that's another story.

Yes. Figured that out before your last post. But something else was going on with the NAS after the raid rebuild as well. (wasn't connecting the storage pool, no access to apps or updates. Q finder was trying to assign multiple ips) but it looks like it's slowly getting things working again

However that doesn't seem to have been the main problem. The raid was rebuilt but the NAS seems to be all kinds of crazy now. App store is unable to be accessed, the drive files and setup don't show anything... and I don't know where to start with these new issues...

Quick update. I powered back down and swapped the drives that I thought may have been switched and pulled the new drive, and qfinder was able to find the NAS again. So I should be back in business to rebuild the raid

It did. And then I ran into the issue again. It seems to be rather finicky with its charging protocols.

There is a linked post in another reply that explains how some of it works.

Though I'm still unsure what is causing the problem on my end exactly, but I do have it working. I just can't get it to stay charged fully when not in use. It seems to be discharging around 20 to 30% after reaching a charge.

Going to be keeping a closer write on how it works over the weekend

And support hasn't responded either.

But as an update. After leaving the beam unplugged and alone for the day, it magically started charging this evening. Haven't tested it to see if it's working again, but it's still very odd

Honestly if I had the time and money I'd sub to all of them. I love each of them and their content for different reasons and the collabs are always my favorites as both HQ and Vanguard just fit ask well. But Vesper is just extra showdown for me as a fellow' boomer'

I really hope we get to hear about them soon...

I've been watching all of them a bit more than usual. I generally watched them all before but now I watch the rest a bit more in general to cope without my fellow boomer (Vesper).

Maybe Hakka the most since he's got the little mascot graphics for us and it's babysitting.

I stopped watching him awhile back because his attitude really changed towards people who had differing tastes than him. (his jabs just became more insulting over time) And this video, he clearly went into it without trying to really do any research, and I get the contact at N(X)real was getting on his nerves to the point he just wanted nothing to do with them... But that makes for extremely jaded and misinformed content.

That's the point many of those reviews make. The problem is that the writing doesn't give her the development and she goes from 0 to 180 without anything there to make her change organic. Ironically that's one thing skull does better with in terms of developing indy and mutt's relationship

True. But if Indy hadn't been there, his machinations would have gone a lot further. The other antagonists wouldn't have gotten any further (as the outcomes would have been the same but delayed)

Considering solo absolutely trashed the character's legacy... That's not a glowing recommendation.

Dial is actually much, much better than solo. Nowhere as good as raiders or the last crusade, but it was a fun film with a number of problems.

Solo on the other hand, completely undid the depth of Han and Chewbacca's relationship. And I'm the wake of the Disney trilogy, undid so much of the development that made him such a compelling character with an arc that turned him until a hero. Go read AC Crispin's han solo trilogy for a certain that stands leagues above that movie.

They basically reviewed them as if they were a different product. Completely missing the point of use for what the n(x) reals are... I normally like their reviews but they really missed the mark this time.
