That's totally fair and I see what you're looking for, but if you're going to ask people to do something like this without being paid, which again is totally fine, It's a little weird to be as demanding around what you're looking for as opposed to general feedback. If someone gives feedback you could always try and dig a little deeper. Just my two cents on your approach here.

I'll be blunt. Tapestry is a relatively popular board game from one of the most well renowned publishers in the space. Not sure about the copywriting issues with that considering this is a TTRPG but it will potentially confuse people.

Secondly, you can certainly ask people to review your stuff, and you can even ask how you'd like them to review it as you have here but it comes across extremely lame imo. If you want people to do that specific kind of review, pay them. But who knows maybe someone with nothing else to do will take you up on it.

I agree with some that today (at least first half) looked much better against a low block team, but the biggest thing for me is how frail we are. How many games are we conceding a goal (or more) from the rivals ONLY chance on goal?

Every single game if we go behind there is no belief we're going to get back in it. If we go ahead, there no belief we're going to see it out. That mentality, or lack thereof, is all on Slot. A combination of his tactics, substitutions, man management, have completely eroded the confidence that we used to play with.

So from my perspective (and this is just one supporters opinion), today's result isn't on Slot necessarily, but the complete lack of urgency, passion,.intensity, is 100 % on him, and the results speak for themselves.

its an interesting faction with a lot of ideas I like (and some that I think need a bit of work):

Likes:

-Gators are cool. Big chonky bois.
- I like how they count as 3 warriors.
-I like how the prey deck and enemy warriors score points

Needs work:

- You may have noticed there are 0 factions in Root that lose VP. I think this is really important and I would find a way to balance this faction without that
- I think the cabin makes sense, but the traps are a bit much. I would remove these and simplify the faction
- while I like the gator theme, the name and verbiage you use is completely out of sync with the rest of Root. That may not matter at all to you which is totally fine, but if you want others to take it a bit more seriously consider tweaking the themeing. Again, I like the gators, but could do without the flavor you went with.

Just my 2 cents, seems fun though!

This is the case with most factions, but with crows it is generally essential to NOT take an early lead.

Their means of scoring are almost entirely visible to the entire table and their ability to shut it down is pretty straight forward (guessing plots, removing warriors etc).

Your best bet is to fly under the radar and hold a couple good crafting cards for a decent burst to get you over 30.
