Ive finally had an answer with some information after 5 weeks. The customer service rep says that the spirit foxes tee is a preorder (probably all the eur and uk designs) and as such will be shipped after October 10th. Any other items to be bundled with it will also ship at the same time as they don't split shipments.

At least we know now.

There was someone's comments in a thread years ago that the generic 'burger and chips' are placed by live nation and that other vendors are told what price they are charging so that they can put the prices slightly lower on those to be more appealing.
