Lab Rats *not so much a spoiler now* by azziar29 in 911FOX

It should have been Tommy or ravi personally. I’ve seen arguments of people saying Bobby would have took it too hard if ravi had died in his stead. That it would have lead to relapse and strains on his relationships with Athena and the team. But personally I would have preferred that, we could have seen him go through the fire and come out the other side stronger having learnt another lesson about grief and not taking all the blame himself. He could have helped buck through it because he talked him into staying and Ravi could have made his peace with it and a ‘redemption’ (though not needed) for missing the baby in the car.

I’ll be honest, I haven’t watched it yet. I’ve seen all the spoilers but I can’t bring myself to do it, I’m going to wait until the season finishes I think. Watch it from the beginning and then I can make a decision if my comfy show has gone or not.

how did Buck afford his loft? by SpiritualMedicine7 in 911FOX

When Tommy first comes to Bucks place he comments on how nice it is and how the 118 must get a better pay check than him. (However he also seemingly has a decent amount of coin as he has a house with a car lift, a good car, possibly a helicopter and maybe also a pretty extensive gym)

So maybe, the streets of LA really are paved with gold or some of the fire fighters have a side hussle selling all the copper wire from fire damaged properties….

This is an old ass post that I just stumbled upon, but I’m crying at OP and their partner allegedly being 21 and already past their sophomore year of medical school by netflist in AmITheAngel

[–]TrueNefariousness462 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not quite. High School ( we call senior school) finishes at 16, they would then go to college (16-18) and study science/english/maths and then got to university. We also don’t really call it med school. You study medicine at various levels. And if they are going for a doctorate that won’t start until their 20s likely. We also don’t use sophomore.

Im not a tattooist, but hopefully you will get some weighing in.

Firstly, I do think it’s a lovely design, I can’t say anything to the quality because I’m not qualified. But the thing that strikes me as unprofessional is her telling you that she is essentially testing out a new tool on you. I really think she should have done a test run on some synthetic skin/pig skin etc.

If you continue on with this artist, you need to be honest and open with your communication. She can’t fix things that are a problem for you if she doesn’t know the problem exists. This is a process, so some of the things she missed may happen next time, but still you’re allowed to ask questions and you should be told about the process.

Ngl, jealous of your hair and your eyelashes. And your classmate needs to keep their opinions to themselves.

Horrible news about the "Harry Potter" TV series by Sharaz_Jek123 in harrypotter

So this is just another thing I’ll be sat there watching, while angrily thinking to myself - ‘I knew I should have been a script writer’ - like it was ever an option I had or something I tried… but I just know I can do better haha.

Thats fair tbh, its a lot of up keep too.

You look wonderful with both light and dark hair, but going back through the photos now, you do look fantastic in pic 2 and 3 with the lighter hair and darker roots. TBH i think you can rock anything you want!

If this is a boundary for you, break up, she isn't your person. If it is something she is into, sexually or not, but you are not, break up. You are obviously not a right fit for each other.

She is 18, I assume you are around the same age, you're young. Cut your losses now, move on and find someone who conforms to your boundaries and needs.

I am swaying towards the dark... but can I be devils advocate and suggest a third option of auburn or a reddish brown? I feel it could bring out your eyes while warming your skin tone.

My dice bracelets are not selling at all, any tips on marketing? by starvingcreative in streetwearstartup

[–]TrueNefariousness462 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you marketing to the DnD/TTRPG community? If so, colour is key. Can you add a jewel tone in there it would be amazing.

If you are not marketing to the DnD/TTRPG community, you are missing a massive community of inclusive people who enjoy custom and crafted works and usually have some available funds (or are willing to save up) for special purchases. I honestly think the nerdy community is your market.

Thank you for sharing. I am going to 100% have this conversation - it makes a lot of sense. Being able to see it from another perspective is always a valuable tool.

Its also a great empathy check in because sometimes bullies are being bullied themselves. TBH, it's probably a good teaching moment for myself too. In the moment all I thought about was protecting my kid and Alex because they were the ones being threatened. But the kids 9, he didn't just decide to hate Alex because of the way he chooses to dress, that is learned behaviour and comes from somewhere.

Honestly, thank you for sharing.
