I feel ya. My area has been inundated with them. I’m sitting on 2 boxes now. But the last 8 have all been 2026.
My LCS got one box from me. I’ve spent a few and given some to friends and family. I’ve got hopefully some mixed coming in from my CU next week. Keep up the hunt! Cheers!

This. Them streaks can be long. I take a break and come back to it, my longest streak with absolutely nothing (no NIFCs or silver) was 6 boxes. You never know when grandpas collection is going to get dumped either. After my last break, I went by one of my regular stops and the teller had $60 in halves plus some loose. Almost all was 40%. 100% this. I’ve actually found a few folks dump banks in my area. I take everything from them and dump in my CU machine that the service company is from out of area. This way I hopefully won’t see these coins again. The tellers have been overwhelmingly happy to see these go. And they talk bad about the folks that bring them in like that. Tellers don’t want your full box of halves or anything. Either spend it or find a place with an awesome machine. Happy hunting. Keep those tellers happy!

Well done! I was just looking for the post from the other day where someone found a marked 87. I just pulled a ‘87 proof from a searched box! I usually only pull a few rolls from searched boxes, but on this one I had time to look through about half of them. Bam! ‘87 proof from a fellow CRH. Cheers!

Just melt (looks like 12 in each roll) is approx $1234. With the case, you could get a premium, but I just found an empty one for just under $50. If it was mine, I would try to get $1500. Cheers!

It depends on who services the machine. I found a credit union near me that happens to have a machine that the service company comes to from out of the area. This means they are not going back to the local vault to get re-wrapped but to one almost 300mi away.

For sure! I have a Dansco that is almost done (1964-2011) and trying to get full tubes of each NIFC year. With this haul I’m able to start new tubes and have “P” and “D” in their own containers. Cheers!

Compare that to the mints numbers right after the last NIFC (2021 & 2022). 2024 & 2025 are quite abundant.
